This course is offered in four languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Bulgarian,  Greek and Croatian.

CSR4T aims to guide tourism businesses toward the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Tourism by familiarizing them with the principles, advantages, and disadvantages of Corporate Social Responsibility

 

Brief Description:

The focus on CSR4T is particularly crucial in the context of the tourism sector, as it equips businesses to navigate the complexities of their social, environmental, and economic impacts. Through this guidance, CSR4T aims to foster a more responsible and sustainable approach within the tourism industry, contributing to its long-term resilience and positive societal impact.

To achieve the objectives of the CSR4T project, this course has been designed and made accessible. The six modules of the course constitute a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity in business and industry. The first module emphasizes the importance of fostering an inclusive workforce. Subsequent modules cover social skills development, technical skills for green CSR impact, business innovation practices, effective actions for a greener industry, and the introduction of new foundational concepts tailored to contemporary industry needs. This holistic approach equips learners with a diverse skill set to navigate the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Goals:

 

  1. Promote inclusive workplaces by facilitating the integration of people with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunities, and fostering diversity.
  2. Enhance business sustainability through the development of social skills, the application of green CSR practices, and the adoption of innovative business strategies.

Drive effective actions within the industry, addressing challenges, fostering collaborations, and embracing new foundational concepts to meet evolving business needs and promote a greener and socially responsible landscape.

Methodology:

The course is structured in 6 modules and each module encompasses:

  • an introductory text,
  • theoretical and interactive activities featuring reading materials and interactive resources for skill acquisition,
  • practical activities facilitating a deeper exploration and application of concepts in your personal or professional context,
  • multimedia activities, such as video tutorials, to enhance the learning experience and offer a dynamic and engaging approach for reinforcing essential concepts,
  • reference materials, and
  • evaluation quizzes.

The structure allows you to customize your learning journey according to your preferences, providing the flexibility to learn at your own pace alongside your work and studies.

Instructions:

  • To earn the certificate of achievement, you must complete the following steps:

    • Thoroughly go through the content of all six modules.
    • Successfully complete the evaluation test at the conclusion of each module, achieving a minimum of 50% correct answers
